据澎湃新闻周二报道，中国教育部就中小学内心理咨询服务出台了一套指导方针。
　　China's Ministry of Education issued a guideline concerning the development of mental consulting services in primary and secondary schools, as reported by thepaper.cn on Tuesday.
　　该套指导方针要求在国内各个学校建立并完善心理咨询服务，使学生保持心理健康。
　　The guideline requires services to keep students mentally fit should be established and regulated in the country's schools.
　　方针中还强调，必须严格尊重和保护寻求心理咨询的学生的隐私，绝不能够把学生定为“心理不健康”或者泄露他们的咨询记录。
　　It stresses the need to strictly respect and maintain the privacy of students in need of such services and under no circumstances should students be identified as "mentally ill" or exposed of their consulting records.
